Shortcut Keys

While viewing any video, you can instantly create an Event by using the appropriate shortcut key. This will switch to the Events Tab and open a new Event in Edit Mode, using the Active Viewer as the Event Instance.

If an Event is open in Edit Mode, using any shortcut key will simply add the Active camera to the open Event’s Instance list, even if the shortcut key is for a different event type than the open Event. To create a new Event or a different type of Event using a shortcut key, you must first close the Event being edited.
